Great data — from three different systems.
A world championship brings world-class instrumentation: precision player tracking, official timing, and ball-tracking technology. The catch is that they come from different providers, in different formats, all live — and a broadcast audience needs one clean, coherent picture, not three competing data feeds.
One broadcast layer over many feeds.
Sandbox ingested KINEXON player and object tracking, Swiss Timing data, and Hawk-Eye — and composited them into a single AR broadcast layer. On court that became live, readable graphics: ball speed and spike height on the rally, AR player stat cards, and a live conditions block — wind speed, temperature and humidity — for a sport played on open sand. To the viewer it reads as one seamless graphics system; underneath, it's three synchronised live sources.
Live ball-speed AR on the sandMulti-provider data, at championship scale.
The deployment showed Sandbox can manage multiple independent live tracking and timing streams at world-championship scale — and present them as a single, broadcast-grade AR layer. Delivered in partnership with KINEXON, Swiss Timing and Hawk-Eye.
